I'm Spring Richardson-Perry, organizational culture and HR consultant, I-O psychology researcher, and founder of Time to Spring Forward. Before I consulted for organizations, I worked inside them as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, HR manager, and executive board member. That means I'm not describing your problem from the outside.
Each episode takes one thing leaders get wrong about culture, engagement, strategy, or funding, and breaks it down into something you can actually use this week. No consultant-speak. No vague frameworks. Just the thing itself, named plainly, with the research behind it.
